Dear Employees
Over the last week I have seen our Employees, Managers, Upper management and office staff all pitch in and do everything we can to remain open and try to operate our business as much as possible. The collective effort from everyone has
been incredible and I thank everyone for this incredible effort. It truly shows what we are capable of as a company, and what kind of people make up our organization.
In an effort to be able to pay employees as long as possible, we fought through this last week, which was trying on us and on our families. Unfortunately, as you may know, NJ governor Murphy announced that the state will have a lockdown
effective tonight (Saturday 3/21) as Pennsylvania and New York have already announced for Friday and Sunday, respectively.
This will close the remainder of our stores that were still open, causing us to stop all of our current operations.
In this time of uncertainty, we have no way of knowing how long this will last. Both for business and everyone’s health, we hope this passes as soon as possible.
I will be communicating with your DMs with details of how we will be proceeding.
Please be patient, and thank you for your understanding during this difficult time for all of us.

Dear Easy Pickins Employees,
The health and safety of our employees and customers is our highest priority, so we wanted to take a moment to update you about the steps we are taking to address our shared health and safety concerns in light of the presence of
Coronavirus.
As you know, COVID-19 can be spread by coughing and sneezing and through close contact with an infected person or an object carrying the virus.
To this end, in an effort to help prevent its spread, Easy Pickins would like to increase the frequency of cleaning all of our stores countertops, door handles, register counters, key boards, monitors, etc with soap, wipes, or disinfectant on a daily basis. You can purchase these cleaning agents for your location at a local store. If you do not have access to get these supplies, let your District Manager know and he/she will make sure to get them for you. Please be sure to incorporate this into your daily cleaning and maintenance schedule.
We would also like to ask for your help in preventing the spread of this virus by taking the following preventive measures: staying home if sick, washing hands frequently and for at least 20 seconds, utilizing hand sanitizer, avoiding
touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands, avoiding close contact with those who are sick, using tissues to cover sneezes and coughs and immediately disposing of them in the trash. It is also important to keep in mind the safe
handling of money, credit cards and other things that may get passed between customers and employees.
Easy Pickins will continue to be diligent in our efforts to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, we ask for your cooperation in doing the same, and we will provide updates should conditions change.
